Hvordan kan data fra smarte sensorer overføres til IT til evaluering? Et vigtigt spørgsmål – kun dem, der er i stand til dette, kan med succes gennemføre Industry 4.0-projekter eller prædiktiv vedligeholdelse. Vores svar er IT-grænseflader som REST-API og OPC UA: De moderne ASi-5/ASi-3-gateways fra Bihl+Wiedemann, både som standard og safety-varianter til mange feltbussystemer, har denne åbne kommunikationsprotokol. Dette gør det muligt at overføre al data fra ASi-modulerne eller de tilsluttede periferienheder (f.eks. IO-Link-sensorer eller forskellige aktuatorer) direkte og vertikalt til IT. Derudover genererer gatewayen og modulerne selv data som driftstimer eller modultemperatur. Disse data overføres naturligvis også direkte til IT.
Med OPC UA-serveren i vores gateways kan du også få adgang til en bred vifte af maskindata. En lang række informationer om maskinen og processen kan nemt tilgås via netværket, lige fra enhedsdiagnostik til procesdata. En anden fordel: Ved at bruge OPC UA kan man, i modsætning til feltbusser, hente alle data fra ASi-enhederne. Begrænsninger som PROFINET-telegramlængden på 1024 bytes eksisterer ikke ved OPC UA. For at sikre datasikkerhed understøtter vi blandt andet krypteret OPC UA-kommunikation med kundespecifikke certifikater. Det gør, at enhederne nemt kan integreres i eksisterende IT-sikkerhedskoncepter.

Hvordan kan data fra smarte sensorer overføres til IT til evaluering? Et vigtigt spørgsmål – kun dem, der er i stand til dette, kan med succes gennemføre Industry 4.0-projekter eller prædiktiv vedligeholdelse. Vores svar er IT-grænseflader som REST-API og OPC UA: De moderne ASi-5/ASi-3-gateways fra Bihl+Wiedemann, både som standard og safety-varianter til mange feltbussystemer, har denne åbne kommunikationsprotokol. Dette gør det muligt at overføre al data fra ASi-modulerne eller de tilsluttede periferienheder (f.eks. IO-Link-sensorer eller forskellige aktuatorer) direkte og vertikalt til IT. Derudover genererer gatewayen og modulerne selv data som driftstimer eller modultemperatur. Disse data overføres naturligvis også direkte til IT.
Med OPC UA-serveren i vores gateways kan du også få adgang til en bred vifte af maskindata. En lang række informationer om maskinen og processen kan nemt tilgås via netværket, lige fra enhedsdiagnostik til procesdata. En anden fordel: Ved at bruge OPC UA kan man, i modsætning til feltbusser, hente alle data fra ASi-enhederne. Begrænsninger som PROFINET-telegramlængden på 1024 bytes eksisterer ikke ved OPC UA. For at sikre datasikkerhed understøtter vi blandt andet krypteret OPC UA-kommunikation med kundespecifikke certifikater. Det gør, at enhederne nemt kan integreres i eksisterende IT-sikkerhedskoncepter.
