Prior to SAP Meeri worked at the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications where she led Finland’s position at the Digital Omnibus negotiations as well as broader initiatives on regulatory simplification and digital sovereignty. Previously, at Sitra, the Finnish Innovation Fund, she led foresight projects focused on the data economy and digital transformation, working extensively with stakeholders across the Nordics and the EU.

Meeri holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with a focus on economic regulation and trade policy, and has studied EU law and technology at Maastricht University and TalTech.
