Dorothea Georgiadou is a Postdoc at the Centre for Technology Entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). She enjoys working on projects that sit at the intersection of theory and practice. Her research reflects this by addressing a very practical question: how can entrepreneurs be better supported in building the right connections to gain the resources they need to navigate the challenges of the entrepreneurial journey? In particular, she studies co-founder and mentoring relationships, looking at how they are formed and how they shape startups and the growth of their founders.
