AI for Workplace Learning: Who Guarantees the Quality? (The Debate) (Presented by EdTech Denmark and DTU)
Beskrivelse

Format: Moderated public/private debate between EdTech suppliers and university researchers, with audience Q&A

Audience: HR and L&D leaders, EdTech suppliers, university researchers, policymakers

Abstract: If Session 1 sets the leadership agenda, this session asks who is actually accountable for delivering on it. EdTech suppliers and university researchers face off on how public and private actors can jointly guarantee high-quality, trustworthy learning as AI reshapes how competencies are built — and whether classroom-style quality assurance can even keep pace with fast-moving, vendor-built tools. As learning platforms increasingly run on infrastructure and models built outside Europe, European digital sovereignty is also on the table: who should build the tools that train our workforce? Expect sharp disagreement — and a shared recognition that this is now a competitiveness question, not just an educational one.

Key takeaways: Accountability, not ambition, is the open question: who guarantees that AI-based workplace learning actually delivers on the leadership agenda from Session 1. Expect a frank clash over quality assurance, public-private roles, and European digital sovereignty in the tools that train our workforce.
