For the eighth consecutive year, The Bright Idea recognises outstanding talent and innovative ideas with strong potential.
The Bright Idea 2026 is awarded in two categories, with the jury selecting one winner in each category. Each winner will receive a prize of DKK 250,000: one for the best early-stage idea and one for the best late-stage idea.
In addition, the two finalists in each category who do not receive the main award will each be awarded DKK 20,000.
The names of the winners and finalists will be announced at the award ceremony, taking place from 16:00 to 16:30 on the Startup Stage.
Following the award ceremony, the Otto Mønsted Foundation and the universities invite for a drink.
