Biografi
Dr Rain Ottis is the Professor of Cyber Operations and the Head of the Centre for Digital Forensics and Cyber Security in Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. He has previously served as a researcher in the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence and as a signal officer in the Estonian Defence Forces. His current research interests include cyber conflict, national cyber security and cyber security exercises.
