One killer use case for Large Language Models is programming, and entire systems can be created by prompting LLM’s to generate code called Vibe coding. But what does this development mean for software developers? Will it allow everyone to become a programmer democratizing development? Will software developers be irrelevant in the future or will it be more important to have software developers to guide and control these AI solutions? What kind of skills are needed for software developers in the future?
