The Nobel Prize in Chemistry was last year given to AI researchers who have pioneered ways to design proteins and predict protein folding, primarily based on research by Google DeepMind, founded in the UK. Based on Denmark’s strong position within life science and computer science, what would it take for Danish researchers and companies to develop the next generation of AI-based digital life science tools?
