Timothy is an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), where he leads the Digital Biotechnology Lab. His research focuses on the discovery and design of protein-based binders—including antibodies, nanobodies, and minibinders - using display technologies and generative AI. This work spans both fundamental scientific inquiry, such as uncovering the core principles governing binder-target interactions, and translational applications, including the development of cost-effective therapeutics for infectious and neglected tropical diseases, such as snakebite envenoming.
