Mette Bjerg Lindhøj is a Special Consultant in Digitalization at the Emergency Medical Services Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark. With a PhD in Computer Science, a master’s degree in mathematics, and a background in software engineering, she works with data-driven and AI-enabled digital health services to improve access to care, reduce waiting times, and guide citizens to the right care at the right time. Her interests include the use of digital solutions to empower citizens through self-service, strengthen patient journeys, and create value for citizens, healthcare professionals, and the healthcare system.
