Sebastian Thielke - Head of Product, Human Thinking

Sebastian Thielke is Head of Product at Human Thinking, where he works across the whole stack of building their main product ChatTutor. He works as product owner, UX designer and fullstack developer on a tiny team. ChatTutor is grounded in research on self-regulated learning from the University of Copenhagen, and over the past two years Sebastian's own daily work has been reshaped by AI agents; his session is a first-hand account of what that has actually been like.

Before ChatTutor he spent six years at Novo Nordisk as a UX Designer and Full Stack Software Engineer, digitalising processes in the Quality organisation, where he designed and built software for auditing clinical studies and for visualizing, mapping and tracking regulatory requirements through the process landscape, down to individual SOPs.
