Prior, he held product and strategy roles at Coinbase, where he worked on AI-powered systems, frontier technology commercialization, and product growth initiatives. He also previously built a Web3 incubator connecting hundreds of founders, investors, and emerging technology companies globally. Rushil studied in the highly selective Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (M.E.T.) Program at the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research and Business Administration.
