Speaker Bio
Nicola Dragoni is Professor in Secure Pervasive Computing, Deputy Director of DTU Compute, and Head of the Section for Cybersecurity Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. With more than 150 publications, his research spans IoT and pervasive systems security, wireless sensor networks, cyber-deception strategies such as moving target defense and honeypot technologies, and the use of process mining and continual learning to detect and respond to evolving threats. He has been central to DTU's recent expansion of cybersecurity research and faculty, reflecting the university's strategic priority on securing critical digital infrastructure. At Digital Tech Summit, he addresses why visibility into complex processes is the precondition for both trustworthy AI and resilient cybersecurity — making the case that organizations cannot secure or improve what they cannot first see and understand.
