AI can deliver real value to organizations when they can understand how their processes actually work. Process mining provides this foundation by reconstructing and analyzing data from executions of actual processes, revealing how the work is performed, where inefficiencies are, and where improvement is possible.
This session introduces the basic ideas behind process mining and presents how it is already being applied across the country and how it is already delivering value by improving operations, compliance, and decision-making.
This session will also present the current research frontier of process mining and cybersecurity, where processes provide a new perspective on detecting anomalous behavior, identifying vulnerabilities, and strengthening organizational resilience.
