Robert is a program builder and ecosystem strategist with nearly a decade of experience driving founder success across Europe. As Program Manager for the NATO DIANA - Quantum Lab at BioInnovation Institute (BII), he helps deep tech and dual-use startups move from research to (defence) market adoption. Previously, he led Rockstart’s Growth Tracks team, personally helping shape go-to-market and fundraising strategies for 30+ startups across AgriFood, Energy, and Emerging Tech funds. His expertise spans strategic advisory, investor readiness, go-to-market strategy, and ecosystem engagement.
