Toke Lund-Hansen brings a strong foundation in Physics and Computer Science to his role as Director of Technology Innovation at FOSS. Throughout his career, he has focused on driving innovation and developing technologies that deliver high-performance solutions and maximum value especially to customers in the food and agricultural industries. At FOSS, Toke leads efforts that combine in-house R&D with strategic collaborations across universities and technology suppliers. His work spans a number of analytical technologies and emphasizes the integration of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to unlock more valuable insights from analytical measurements.
