Sneha Das is an Assistant Professor (Tenure-track) at the Dept. of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science (Compute), Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Her current research interests are broadly low-resource ML and AI safety, investigating aspects of trustworthy AI specifically in critical systems like healthcare, education with vulnerable populations. She works with multimodal data and her contributions on AI safety span the holistic AI pipeline - data, models and evaluation.

Sneha received her PhD in Speech and Language Technology (Aalto University, Finland, 2021), her MSc in Communication and Multimedia Engineering in 2016 (University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, FAU, Germany) and her Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2013 (BMS Institute of Technology, India). She was born in Kolkata (Eastern India), and lived most of my life in Bangalore (Southern India).
