Jesper Bryde-Jacobsen is heading a research and innovation consortium focusing on biotech manufacturing and co-founder of multiple start-ups. He holds a M.sc. and a MBA. In the innovation project AGAVE, many different approaches to significantly improve learning has been tested. Focus is on industrial processes, and the solution solves learning from on-boarding to very specialized task. Based on the research and results we have built a platform that can make learning more inspiring and much more effective. BioLean has implemented the solution, and it has been tested in different companies. The solution and cases will be presented at the talk.
