Rolf Kjærgaard has extensive experience in leadership and strategic advisory roles, having served as CEO of Danish sovereign investment fund, Vækstfonden, until 2022.

In addition to chairing the board at Invest for Impact Denmark, Rolf Kjærgaard now serves as board member and advisor to a number of companies and organizations. Rolf also acts as a strategic advisor to venture capital and growth equity funds.

Moreover, in his role at the Novo Nordisk Foundation, Rolf collaborates with other enterprise foundations to establish and enhance collaborative platforms. This initiative aims to foster cooperation, investment syndication and knowledge-sharing among various stakeholders, thereby creating a robust ecosystem for innovation and growth.
