Andreas Holbak Espersen is the Director of Digitalization Policy at the Confederation of Danish Industry. Before joining the Confederation of Danish Industry, Andreas was at the Danish Agency for Digital Government in roles as Special Advisor, Senior Advisor and Team Lead. Andreas has been at the forefront of digitalization in Denmark, consistently improving and developing the Danish digital solutions for the public sector, and now ensuring a well-established political ground for further digital improvement in the private- and public sector. Andreas has among other been at the forefront in the work of Denmark’s new digitalization strategy and the implementation of myID.

Andreas also serves as a member of the Forum for NextGen Robotics, board member of Elretur (Denmark’s largest producer responsibility organization), board member of Danish Quantum Community, and as Chairman of the Board of TEF, Test Experimentation Facility.
