Thomas Elkjer Nissen is a Senior Advisor with the Danish Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Erhverv) responsible for the defence sector including emerging and disruptive technologies and dual-use technology, policy formulation and political outreach. Prior to joining the Danish Chamber of Commerce, he has worked in Danish Defence and in NATO with amongst other things information warfare, in the Danish National Police and latest in the Danish Ministry of Defence with implementation of the Danish Governments Strategy for Defence Industry and Innovation.
