Mr. Joachim Finkielman is the Director of Denmark’s National Defence Industry Association. Previously he held several position in the Ministry of Defence, including, Deputy Director General of the Danish Emergency Management Agency, Head of the Defence and Security Policy Department, Defence Counsellor/Minister Counsellor at the Permanent Danish Representations to NATO and EU, Head of the NATO and EU Policy Department and Head of Minister’s Secretariat.

Mr Finkielman holds a master’s degree in Political Science from University of Copenhagen. Joachim is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Military Studies at University of Copenhagen, Advisory Board at DTU Security at the Technical University of Denmark, Advisory Board at the Defence Academy, and the Advisory Board of Master of Intelligence and Cyber Studies at the University of Southern Denmark.
