Marius Sylvestersen is a leader in innovation and smart city development. Serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at the University of Copenhagen since 2021, he's responsible for innovation and entrepreneurship across six faculties, inspiring thousands of employees and students, while spearheading a new innovation center.

Previously, as the City of Copenhagen's Smart City Program Director from 2015 to 2021, he played a pivotal role in driving change in the city including building Europe's first air quality partnership with Google, and founding the Nordic Network for Smart City.
