Louise Harder Fischer, Associate Professor in the department of business IT and holds a PhD. degree in Information Systems. She is member of the Executive Board of the International Special Interest Group ”Changing the nature of work with ICT” and is heading the working group ”Futures of Work and wellbeing” at the center for Digital Welfare at ITU. She is also appointed to the Council of SMV:Digital.

Currently her research covers sociotechnical challenges and changes in work-settings and workplaces in relation to emerging generative technologies and hybrid work.
