Iñigo Iturrate is an Assistant Professor at the Mærsk McKinney Møller Institute, University of Southern Denmark whose research interests cover robot learning from demonstration, human-robot collaboration, machine learning, and robot control.

He is concerned with making robots easier to use and more helpful to humans by enabling them to learn from human expertise. He applies this knowledge to fields ranging from industrial manufacturing to robotic-assisted surgery.

Iñigo holds a Ph.D. degree in robotics from the University of Southern Denmark undertaken in collaboration with Universal Robots, and an M.Sc. degree in robotics from the University of Southern Denmark.
