Ursula is doing empirical studies of digitalization in public sector organizations. For the past five years, she has mostly concentrated on the invisible work necessary to uphold the digitalized organization. She and her colleagues in the Valuing Invisible Work project (VIEW) argue that such work is indispensable but both overlooked and undervalued.
