Henning Østergaard is an experienced entrepreneur that has founded multiple companies, mainly in the maritime sector, based on a decade of operative service in the Royal Danish Navy. His latest endeavor is FlowPoint Defence A/S created to digitalize and improve ineffective combat fighting processes onboard navy vessels in NATO.
Henning Østergaard has been in technology development with drones and mobile robots both at the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) and as a consultant for a range of tech startup companies in the robot sector.
With an engineer degree in product development combined with an IT technologist diploma and two technical educations as data technician and electronic technician, Henning Østergaard is well equipped to help and advice in even the most high-tech solutions.
Henning has a vast experience in the startup environment, a former winner of Red bull Basement, been part of Danish Tech Challenge, the Maritime Stars program, Preflight and a part of Beyond Beta.
