
Adam Alami is an Associate Professor of Software Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark, with over two decades of experience bridging industry and academia.
He has led large-scale IT transformation initiatives and guided Agile adoption across sectors ranging from finance to software vendors. His research lies at the intersection of software engineering, social sciences, and human-AI collaboration, focusing on how behavioral insights and technical strategies can jointly enhance software development.
Adam explores the socio-technical dimensions of software engineering work. He examines how team norms, organizational practices, and cultural values shape technical outcomes. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the IT University of Copenhagen.
