Dr. Abhishek Tiwari is an Assistant Professor at the University of Southern Denmark. His research primarily focuses on static program analyses, including automated program repair, language-based security, and information flow control. Dr. Tiwari earned his Ph.D. from the University of Potsdam, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christian Hammer.

He also holds a Master of Computer Science from Saarland University, Germany, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from SASTRA University, India.

Before joining the University of Southern Denmark in September 2024, Dr. Tiwari held research positions at the Software Institute, USI Lugano, Switzerland, the University of Passau, Germany, and NUS, Singapore. His work has been published in leading conferences such as FSE, ISSTA, and FM, as well as in high-impact journals like ACM TOSEM and Elsevier JSS. Additionally, his research won the ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award at MobileSoft 2023.
