
Roberto Galeazzi is an Associate Professor and Group Leader at the Department of Electrical and Photonics Engineering, Technical University of Denmark. Dr. Galeazzi leads the Control, Robotics, and Embodied AI group, where he researches the field of control and estimation theory, with focus on cyber-physical resilient autonomous marine systems. His research contributions are in motion control, multimodal sensor fusion, motion planning, condition monitoring and fault-tolerant control. His work bridges theoretical advances with real-world implementations, fostering innovations in resilient and intelligent autonomous systems. Dr. Galeazzi chairs the IFAC Coordinating Committee on Transportation and Vehicle Systems since 2023. He also served IFAC as Chair of the Technical Committee in Marine Systems for the period 2019-2023.
