I work as CTO of Green Power Denmark and I have worked with R&D within the Danish power sector for more than 25 years. The main work area has been distribution technology and for the last +15 years, it has been integration and utilization of fluctuating renewable energy sources like wind and solar energy into grid has been the primary focus area. Also, integration of new technology like grid connected batteries and utilization of the new opportunities in digitalization of the energy system is one of my key interests’ areas. Finally, cyber security with relation to the energy system takes more and more of my time.
