Paolo Marcatili is currently the Head of Antibody Design at Novo Nordisk foundation, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. His research focuses on antibody design using language models, and deep learning driving innovative projects within the company. Previously as the group leader of AI for immunological molecules, he has developed methods for Antibody structural modelling, and B cell epitope prediction tools with numerous publications in high impact peer-reviewed journals. In addition, he has been the Study Leader of the "Bioinformatics and Systems Biology" Master at DTU and the Head Of Education for Sino-Danish Center For Education And Research.
