Achieving greater diversity by including more women in both leadership and as entrepreneurs – although still far from fully accomplished – has already shown us the potential of diversity. But if we truly want to activate all the knowledge, unique perspectives and capabilities, we need to go further. We need to go Beyond Gender Diversity and include all underrepresented groups: The neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, seniors, other ethnicities, the ones with physical challenges et.c.
