With the knowledge and competencies of bioinformaticians and their predictive models, we can study questions relevant to human health and bring new knowledge of fundamental character. Bioinformatics is a field, which is becoming increasingly important with the vast amount of health data available and the possibilities and perspectives that comes from analysing such data.
