| As part of the CTO Office in KMD I'm responsible for innovation management across KMD and support our different business areas to innovate across business segments and technologies. My team and I draw from all the known tools and mind-sets in lean startup, design thinking and agile software development. We facilitate and guide our users though a process that turns ideas with uncertainties into tested value before scaling and investing in new technology and code. We build on platforms and standards, so we can focus our creative energy on insight and user needs. I’m geeky when it comes to process facilitation, challenge status quo and going from idea to value. Through my work I’ve gained insight and experience with: • Designing, organizing and leading innovation processes • Corporate/Start-up collaboration and venture investments • Driving change and strategic initiatives – large and small scale • Workshop & creative facilitation • Hands-on human centric innovation processes and participatory design • Working with strategic external partners • Strategy execution and work with the OKR framework As part of my role as Director of Innovation Strategy in KMD I'm also CEO of KMD Venture.
