Leads the Energy and Resilience Program at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation. He is also a non-resident fellow with the Tech Policy Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis. He specializes in energy security and policy, climate diplomacy and geoeconomics. His forthcoming PhD at the Jagiellonian University examines the geoeconomics of clean technology policies in the context of great power rivalry between the EU, the US, and China
