We all have biases, and we all encounter them. Research shows that we tend to ask women questions on how they will protect and defend, and ask men for their vision. Therefore women get smaller investments, if they get any. Through training we can become aware of our biases, and female entrepreneurs can turn a protect and defend question around with a visionary answer.
