What are the challenges and demands ahead in the maritime sector? How can we prepare for the future demand? Which requirements do we have to naval staff, engineers, other staff and managers in the future? What will we use AI/Machine Learning and other digital competencies for? Which digital solutions do we need to overcome challenges in the future internationally? Which skills are required to digitally transform mature companies?
