With more than 25 years of industrial experience from the international agrifood sector Lars Hinrichsen has a comprehensive view of what it takes to convert scientific discoveries into business value knowing both the industrial demand, the dynamic business environment and the long-term strategic research in the public sector. Lars Hinrichsen has a background as food scientist and holds a PhD in food technology from The University of Copenhagen and an executive MBA in innovation management from the Technical University of Denmark. Lars Hinrichsen holds various honorary positions in boards and committees and is chairman of the scientific committee in the International Meat Secretariat. |
