Henriette has worked with and supported safety, security, and digitization agendas in various ways for a number of years. She is the founder and owner of Cyberworks. Before starting her own business, Henriette worked as hands-on as a consultant at EY, focusing on risk assessments, maturity assessments, audits of incidents, policy formulation, implementation of control frameworks, OT security governance, etc.

A special area of competence is the operationalization and implementation of cyber-related regulations such as NIS, GDPR, and sector-specific cyber regulations. Henriette is both cand. merc and cand. jur and sees lack of cyber security as a business risk less than e.g. compliance risk.
